
Scenic Flights


Scenic flights depart from Moruya airport and take up to 3 people in a Cessna 172 to:
Bay Special - From Moruya airport , over Broulee and Mogo zoo and the Deep Creek dam to the Batemans Bay bridge. After a tour of the town we head to the Tollgate Islands at the head of the bay and then enjoy a joy flight along the beaches, past Lilli Pilli, Malua Bay, Rosedale, Tomakin and back - 25 minutes
Great Lakes - From Moruya, head South along the beautiful beaches past Congo and Bingi, to Tuross and Coila lakes. Look out for Whales and Dolphins along the way. See the amazing waterways making their way to the ocean and return - 25 minutes
Montague Island - From Moruya, head South along the beaches past Tuross to Dalmeny and across to Montague island to see the Seals, and maybe a Whale. Circle the Lighhouse and see the Penguin roosts and seal rocks. Then across to Narooma and get the best view of Mount Gulaga (formerly Mount Dromedary) on the way. Back up the coast and keep a lookout for Dolphins. - 40 minutes
Pigeon House - From Moruya, head North over Batemans Bay and along the Clyde river past Nelligen to Pigeon House mountain. See if you can spot the hikers getting the views "the hard way", and enjoy the amazing views of the Castles rock formations. Then head over to Ulladulla before we fly South along the beaches past Brush Island, Merry Beach and Durass. - 60 minutes

The Club

The historic Moruya Aero Club is located on the main entrance road to the Moruya Airport..
Close to the beach and only a short drive from the town. Amenities include bunk rooms, showers and kitchen.
An active social club and a friendly welcome make Moruya a great place to visit
